Software Freedom Day @ Alexandria University (Call for Speakers)

It's our pleasure to announce Software Freedom Day @ Alexandria University. We're planning on having one of the biggest open source events for this year. The event will start from 1st of September to the 15th of September. It will have presentations, demos, contests and study groups. We'd like to announce the call for speakers for Software Freedom Day @ Alexandria University. We're interested in having presentations on the following tracks:

  1. Linux (Day to Day usage, Administration and Development)
  2. Open Source programming languages (C, Java, PHP, Ruby, Python)
  3. Closed Source replacements.
  4. Open Source Culture.
  5. The future of computing and the role of open source in it.
  6. Computer Security Basics.

It's required to submit the title of the session, the slides that will be used and the CV of the speaker to [email protected] The session's will be only 1 hour long. The submission deadline is the 17th of August and the notification of acceptance will be on the 19th of August.
